Omaha High

Game similar to Texas Holdem with the difference that gives us more opportunities to create a strong poker systems. Rules for blinds and bets are exactly the same as in the game Texas Holdem. And so it looks the same for flop, turn and river cards.

The difference is that in Omaha we get four cards (not two) unknown for opponents. To create a poker system we have to use ours two cards and three community cards. Because of more cards we have at the disposal Omaha is a very dynamic game which generates a lot of shares at the poker table.

Omaha Hi / Lo

In the game Omaha Hi / Lo 8 or better (Omaha Hi / Lo) pool is divided equally between the best hand and the best qualifying low hand. Omaha Hi / Lo requires many skills and much practice to get to know all the intricacies of the game.

Omaha Hi / Lo is basically played the same way as ordinary Omaha Hi with this distinction, that the best hand wins 50% of the pool and the best qualifying low hand, the second 50%.

Low system to qualify must be no higher than 8 and may not include steam. This means that low system qualify for the sharing of a pool of his highest card must be 5, 6, 7 or 8. The winning low system is calculated by comparing the highest card. If two players have the same highest card, taking into account another card and so down to the lowest card. Any system that includes 9 or higher card does not qualify as the lowest hand. Low system can be both straight or color.

If there is no low hand then the highest hand wins 100% of the pool.
